Benefits of Mustard (Sawi)

ALL STORY - Mustard greens are the leaves of green plants and flowers can be used for food. Many of us who do not like mustard. But, you know, mustard greens have many health benefits. Among which are:
1. Prevent osteoporosis. Mustard greens contain vitamin K, which can regulate protein and calcium on bone.
2. Preventing heart disease. vitamin E, beta-carotene and vitamin C in cabbage can prevent the oxidation of cholesterol, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease.
3. Keeping the cornea of the eye. vitamin A in the mustard can prevent eye infections because the eye is often a discharge of mucus / fat viscous liquid eyes.
4. Prevent anemia. mustard greens contain folic acid which serves for the synthesis of nucleoprotein. which is the production of red blood cells in bone marrow.
5. Prevent diabetes mellitus. calcium in cabbage helps lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
